The LIBME Imbiber

I’m putting together a list of members for the Long Island Beer and Malt Enthusiasts.  Currently we are still organizing and need to identify a slate of officers to take responsibility for the work of the organization.  If you haven’t sent me (Donavan) your name, email, and town/village yet and you would like to be listed as a member, please send me the information soon (hall at beermalt dot org).

As of yet we don’t have any membership requirements (other than being 21 years old, I presume).  Requirements (such as dues, wearing funny hats, secret hand shakes, etc.) will be decided democratically (after we get some officers and a procedure in place for making decisions).

We have nominations in for the basic officer list: President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.  We are still taking nominations though (Rich will follow-up on this soon).  Volunteering for an office is encouraged.  Email nominations to me (again, hall at beermalt dot org).
